Bess or Itty Bitty Bess is a tin toy based on the real Bessie Coleman, the first African-American woman to get an international pilot's license that also came with a small tin biplane that Bess calls "Queenie" as Dr. McStuffins bought Bess and Queenie at a flea market for Doc.
