Trivia[]
- This is last Season 5 episode in production order.
- Donny returns for the second time in this Season 5 episode after "The Doc McStuffins Christmas Special".
- This episode marks the last appearance of Donny McStuffins, Mr. McStuffins, Maya McStuffins, Lois McStuffins and Dev.
- Emmie, Alma, and Dev all make cameo appearances in this episode.
- This is also Dev’s second and last appearance in the series.
- Michelle Obama can also be seen in the background next to Dev.
- Emmie is seen walking with a dog that doesn’t look like Rudi.
- This is the 2nd time Alma appears wearing a different outfit, the first being Willow's Wonky Whiskers.
- This is also the 2nd time Emmie and Alma don’t interact with each other, the first being "Keep on Truckin'", and not counting "It's a Hard Doc Life" since it was in a flashback.
- It is revealed that Grandma McStuffins' first name is Lois.
- Doc's clinic appears for the first time since "Going for Broke" as well as for the final time.
- Grandma McStuffins and Topsy-Tillie performed "I Feel Better" together.
- Diagnosis: Lost toy-itis
- Grandma McStuffins sung "I Feel Better" for the very first time. And she was the second human to sing it. Doc was the first one to do it in "Run Doc Run!", and now her.
- This is the second and, so far, last episode to date where a human other than toys perform "I Feel Better" after "Run Doc Run!".
- This is the eighth and last/final episode to feature a duet version of the "I Feel Better" song. the first seven were in "Ben/Anna Split!", "Chip Off the Ol' Box", "Disco Dress Up Daisy", "Kirby and the King", "Run Doc Run!", "The Big Storm", and "Toys in Space".
- Goof: When Lambie fell out of the wagon, she was transported to lost and found land, where all lost toys go. Back in the season 3 episode, A Dragon's Best Friend, Squibbles was a lost toy before Stuffy found him, but he wasn’t transported to the lost and found land.
- The same thing happens with Melinda, Wildlife Will and Stanley in their first appearances.
- Goof: Remzee says that his kid's name is Henry but if you look closely, you can tell that his kid is actually Jacob from the episode Don't Knock the Noggin.
- He could’ve changed his name at one point, or Jacob and Henry could be identical twins. Then again, the crew behind the show like to use already existing characters as unknown characters during the finale two seasons like how they used Luca and Suki in Lambie and the McStuffins Babies.
