Theo is a toy sea turtle who is very shy about anything as he loves playing in the water as he was mostly shy of Hermie the toy crab cause he knew Hermie back before Doc bought them at the aquarium.

Theo is a green sea turtle with a green shell, yellow underbelly and brown eyes.
