Waddly Penguin is an adorable toy penguin that belongs to Baby Suki, a cute and pretty little girl that Mr. McStuffins has baby-sat for while her mother goes out on an errand as one of Waddly's buttons makes her sing and do a penguin dance as Baby Suki admires herself in the mirror on Waddly's tummy.
